INNOVATIVE METHODS FOR THE FEEDING AND PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY FOR POULTRY AND OTHER FARM ANIMALS

In September 2013 the Feed Additives Division of Lucta participated in an international conference “Innovative methods for the feeding and production technology for poultry and other farm animals” that took place in Volgograd, Russia. The conference gathered many specialists involved in animal nutrition and production from Russia and other countries.

During the conference Marcin Kaminski, PhD, gave a presentation with the title “The effect of feed ingredients on intake. How to create the optimal sensorial model of feed?”. It highlighted the up-to-date findings related to palatability of feed ingredients for farms animals and showed the possibilities of using sensory science for nutritional solutions in the modern animal production. The presentation was received with high interest from the participants.
